About the Founder
Margie Coltharp has been driving organizational improvement in for-profit and not-for-profit organizations across the U.S. and Canada since 1983. Margie is a professional performance consultant, coach, facilitator and instructional designer who has been working in the field of training and organizational development since 1995.
Margie’s experience in training and organizational development is built on a foundation of sales, finance and business operations. This diverse skill set has led to Margie’s success in leading individuals and work groups to develop the knowledge and skills they need, in the way they best understand it, and in the amount they require. Margie’s goal is to facilitate, support and achieve learning and professional development that connects to organizational goals and learners' needs.
Margie holds a M.A. in Human Resource Management and a B.S. in Hotel Administration and is an active member in the Society for Human Resource Management and the American Society for Training and Development.
