What is the objective of Course Design?

Course Design, also known as Instructional Design, is the systematic development of instructional specifications using learning and instructional theory to ensure the quality of instruction. It is the entire process of analysis of learning needs and goals and the development of a delivery system to meet those needs. It includes development of instructional materials with activities, validation and evaluation of all instruction and learner activities.

What is involved?

• We meet with you to conduct a thorough training needs analysis (TNA), which identifies the specifics of the training content you need.
• Based on the results of the TNA, we design the course following the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) model.
• Based on the course design, we create the lesson plan, course manual, handouts and visual aids, applying the principles of adult learning to ensure proper training transfer.
• Finally, we validate and evaluate the course to make sure the product "hits the target" with your audience.
